Mark Kenney is extremely detail oriented. He started the water and A/C running at the beginning of his inspection, which allowed him to find a water leak that exposed a hidden mold problem. He went on the roof and took pictures and video. He checked every power outlet, every toilet and faucet, made sure every appliance worked, made sure every door opened and closed correctly, and so much more. After he was finished, he walked us through his findings and made sure we understood everything. We were very impressed and pleased with his work.
